Cancellation policy

On-site desk technology has a flexible cancellation policy since it is dedicated to offering the best service possible to its clients. In relation to this policy:

Only cancellation requests made within 12 hours after placing an order will be taken into account. If the orders have already been shared with the vendors, merchants, or execution team and they have begun working on or shipping them, the cancellation request will be ignored.

Same-day delivery orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.

No cancellations are accepted for the goods or services that the marketing department of (Onsite Desk Technology) purchased during special events, such as month-end sales, discount promotions, Diwali, Halloween, Christmas, and the New Year. There is no way to cancel these limited-time occasion/event offers/schemes.

The money once paid is never refunded, even if the cancellation is requested within 12 hours. The money may be used to purchase a future order within 90 days.

On-site desk technology is not responsible for any service flaws brought on by outside sources, such as hosting, servers, photographs, content creation, etc. Any work that the on-site desk must perform to coordinate with them or communicate with them must be compensated at the standard business rate.

You must contact our customer care within 24 hours after receiving the product if you think it does not match your expectations or is not exactly as stated on the internet.

The customer service team will make the appropriate conclusion after investigating your complaint.
